Pure Pools, LLC is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to assist in the cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair of residential and commercial pools. This role requires a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and customer-focused individual who takes pride in their work and ensures the highest level of service for our clients. The technician will work alongside the owner to maintain pools, balance water chemistry, troubleshoot pool equipment, and perform minor repairs. Work may transition from PT with training to FT after the 60 day trial period.
Responsibilities:
- Pool Maintenance & Cleaning: Clean and maintain swimming pools, spas, and surrounding areas.
- Equipment Inspection & Repair: Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
- Water Chemistry: Test and balance pool water chemistry to ensure proper sanitation and safety.
- Minor Repairs: Perform minor repairs and coordinate with the owner on larger repairs.
- Pump Room Maintenance: Ensure pump rooms are clean and operational.
- Record-Keeping: Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, chemical usage, and service reports.
- Company Vehicle & Gas Card: Drive and maintain a company-provided work truck for job-related duties; use a company-provided gas card responsibly for work-related travel.
- Client Communication: Communicate professionally with clients regarding pool conditions, maintenance needs, and any recommendations.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating equipment.
- Job Responsibility: Be responsible for all and any issues related to the job position, including proper care of tools, vehicles, and client property.
Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
