Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, motivated Painter/Laborer to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with residential and light commercial painting projects, as well as general labor tasks to help keep jobs running smoothly. We're a small business that values quality work, dependability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
- Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Protect floors, furniture, and surrounding areas before painting.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles.
- Load and unload materials and supplies.
- Perform job site cleanup before, during, and after projects.
- Assist with minor repairs and general labor tasks as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.
Skills
- Painting or construction experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Comfortable working on ladders and in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to travel to different worksites.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a small team.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Residential painting: 1 year (Preferred)
