About the Role
As a Yard Logistics Driver, you will serve as a critical link in our supply chain by managing the movement of trailers within our facility grounds. You will ensure that shipping and receiving operations remain fluid and efficient, directly impacting our ability to meet production targets and maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute the precise shuttling of trailers throughout the yard to support seamless shipping and receiving workflows.

Maintain an organized and safe lot environment by coordinating trailer placement and inventory flow.

Perform rigorous pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.

Document daily movement logs and operational metrics to assist management in optimizing site throughput.

Uphold strict safety protocols, including speed limit adherence and proactive hazard reporting, to protect all team members.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure trailers are swapped in a timely manner, minimizing downtime for production schedules.

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 21 years of age.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical capability to perform tasks involving climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Proven experience in a warehouse, landscaping, or manufacturing environment.

Ability to operate industrial equipment and manage multiple logistical tasks simultaneously.
