iStaffing is hiring Kitting Associates!
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a growing warehouse team. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse or manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key.
What You'll Do:
- Pick, count, and assemble customer orders based on work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and labels for accuracy
- Package and stage completed kits for production or shipment
- Report missing or incorrect parts to the Kitting Lead
- Perform inventory transactions using barcode scanners and ERP/WMS systems
- Organize materials and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
Qualifications:
- Warehouse, kitting, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and counting accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus and may qualify for higher pay
- Barcode scanning experience is a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and dependable
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
