The ideal candidate will:
Have supervisory experience in the construction industry preferably in the following areas:
- Sewer & water installations
- General site work
- Coordinating with subcontractors
- Measuring and recording as-builts
Experience with (including operating) excavators, dozers, skid steers, loader and graders
Knowledge of or experience with street construction
Experience with equipment GPS systems
Be detail oriented with the ability to read and interpret plans
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to handle multiple tasks
CDL Preferred
5 plus years of supervisory or related experience required.
