Rose Development & Construction is a small, quality-focused residential builder specializing in custom and spec single-family homes. We are looking for a Construction Foreman who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in building exceptional homes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities from groundbreaking through final completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
- Ensure the necessary materials, manpower, and equipment are onsite.
- Perform skilled construction work as needed.
- Make sound day-to-day field decisions independently, anticipating construction challenges and developing practical solutions.
- Confirm work meets company quality standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and correct deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Foster a positive, professional, and respectful jobsite culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of single-family home construction from foundation through finish.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
