SUMMARY
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Technician at our Volkswagen location. Ideal candidates will have MULTIPLE YEARS of Automotive Technician experience. Certification experience is a MUST! We are looking for EXPERIENCED, CAREER-MINDED individuals. We offer top pay and a comprehensive benefits package! Relocation assistance is also available for out-of-town candidates depending on their qualifications. Significant Automotive Technician experience is REQUIRED for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in compliance with Manufacturer regulations.
- Routine inspections and maintenance in line with dealership guidelines.
- Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Full automotive troubleshooting and testing executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer’s specifications
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Maintain open communication with the Service Advisor to promptly inform customers if any extra services are required, including an estimated time frame for any necessary additional repairs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and be in good standing with DMV
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
- At least 2 years of experience as an ASE Certified Technician.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and willingness to learn new ones.
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING
- $35.00-$50.00 per flag hour, depending on experience
- Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays

Pay: $48,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
