We’re searching for an energetic, dependable Metal Casting Production Associate to join our sand-cast foundry team. You’ll work with bronze and aluminum to produce high-quality window and door hardware used throughout the industry.

Position Overview:
- Set up and operate foundry equipment in a non-ferrous sand-cast foundry
- Pour molten bronze and aluminum into molds
- Cut cast parts from trees and remove excess material (flash) through grinding and finishing processes
- Inspect castings to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines
