Retail & Merchandising Team Member
Part-Time | Approximately 16–20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available during special events, the holiday season, and for the right person as the role grows!

The Vintage Industry is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both customer service and merchandising and has an eye for creating inviting displays. If you love home décor, antiques, vintage finds, and making spaces feel welcoming, we'd love to meet you!
This is a hands-on position that’s perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and being part of a creative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Operate our point-of-sale system and process purchases.
- Answer phones and assist with customer questions.
- Merchandise and style displays throughout the store.
- Help receive, price, tag, and organize inventory.
- Restock merchandise and keep the sales floor looking beautiful.
- Assist with moving furniture and refreshing displays as pieces sell.
- Help prepare the store for seasonal events and special promotions.
- Perform light cleaning and general upkeep to maintain a welcoming shopping experience.
We're Looking for Someone Who...
- Loves home décor, antiques, vintage, and design.
- Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Has an eye for decorating and visual merchandising.
- Is dependable, hardworking, and takes initiative.
- Enjoys staying busy and jumping in wherever needed.
- Can comfortably lift and move furniture (up to approximately 40 lbs.).
- Is available to work at least 16 hours per week, with occasional additional hours during special events and the holiday season.
