Job Overview:
As a Nail Pro, you are the "Technical Lead" on the floor. You aren't just performing services; you’re the "Coach" for our clients' hand and foot health. You’ll be delivering championship-level grooming while hanging out in an environment that feels like a VIP lounge.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry.
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure client safety and hygiene at all times.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on nail care routines.
- Upsell additional services such as massage add-ons, hand or foot treatments, or retail products to enhance client experience
- Manage retail sales o.f nail care products and accessories confidently using retail math skills
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work station while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a salon or spa environment.
- Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and current industry tren.ds
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures, sterilization methods, and health regulations governing beauty services.
- Experience with advanced treatments such as , body waxing, or barbering is a plus.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism and client trust
- Basic retail math skills for managing sales transactions efficiently

Pay: $17.50 - $28.30 per hour
