What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: You’ve spent at least 1–2 years in a leadership role (Lead, Supervisor, or similar).
- Communication: You can deliver feedback that sticks and keep the energy high during a rush.
- Reliability: You’re the person who "gets it done" without needing a hand-held guide.
- Ambition: You aren’t looking for a plateau; you’re looking for a path to General Management.
