I am searching for a motivated individual to seek, bid, sell, manage medium size demolition and excavating projects.
My goal as the owner of the company is to work the projects you bid and sell.
Your duties will range from finding and bidding, to project managing the logistics of each project. I would like to concentrate on staying a small to medium size company. Customer service and quality of work is very important to me. As the owner I will be active on site working the projects to maintain a productive project schedule. Efficient well kept equipment, a tight knit crew and quality work are more important than setting sales records. If you are motivated and want to be considered a team member and not a number this is a good fit.
Please have 5 plus years bidding and managing demolition.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage demolition project estimates from initial scope to bid submission, using appropriate estimating software and spreadsheets.
- Review blueprints, site drawings, and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment needs; perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to refine scopes, negotiate costs, and secure favorable terms.
- Monitor bid timelines, assemble bid packages, and ensure compliance with contracts and project requirements.
- Track cost management and risk factors throughout the estimating process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
