Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential interiors, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living spaces.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items for clients.
- Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or appliances during deep cleans or move-in/move-out services.
- Maintain the cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and specialized floor care methods.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while managing time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential housekeeping or custodial work is preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience is advantageous.
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and implement sanitation standards consistently.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple homes.
