We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations and oversee financial reporting for a growing organization in Tucson. This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial information, maintaining compliance, and supporting leadership with accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit and tax processes
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience in month-end close and full-cycle accounting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
