Working alongside our Maintenance Director, you will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Your responsibilities include:
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Completing basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building repairs
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and completing work orders efficiently
Conducting routine inspections of the building, equipment, and grounds
Maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive facility for residents, visitors, and employees
Assisting with preventative maintenance programs to keep equipment operating efficiently
Setting up rooms and equipment for meetings, resident activities, and special events
Performing seasonal grounds maintenance, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal as needed
Following all safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards
Working collaboratively with department leaders to ensure the facility remains in excellent condition
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous maintenance experience required
Healthcare, Skilled Nursing, or Long-Term Care maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
