Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours weekly for a 24-month duration
We are looking for a skilled Quality Technician to join a top-tier electronics testing firm. You will play a vital role in our precision manufacturing operations by managing metrology, mechanical inspections, and calibration tasks. Your contributions will ensure our components meet strict quality benchmarks while assisting in the resolution of non-conformance issues and maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
Core Responsibilities

Utilize advanced measurement tools like CMM, laser micrometers, and interferometry systems to conduct thorough mechanical inspections of precision parts.

Analyze technical blueprints and GD&T specifications to guarantee that all products align with our high-quality standards.

Maintain the integrity of our metrology equipment by performing routine calibrations and keeping precise records.

Help drive quality improvements by assisting with CAPA investigations and ensuring all non-conformance documentation is accurate and complete.

Contribute to the overall success of the quality team by participating in manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Proven background in a manufacturing-based quality control setting.

Demonstrated skill in reading and applying mechanical drawings and GD&T standards.

Hands-on experience operating CMM and other sophisticated metrology instruments.

Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Windows.

Familiarity with Lean principles, including Kaizen, PDCA, and root cause analysis, is highly valued.

Working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management systems is considered a plus.
