Seeking highly organized and experienced paralegal for small Syosset, New York Personal Injury firm. Must be fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities include:
New Client intakes-both English and Spanish
Reporting accidents to insurance companies
Filing No Fault
Processing Lost Wages
Handling Property Damage
Obtaining medical records, witness statements and police reports
Heavy phone interaction with insurance companies, clients and doctor’s offices
Drafting pleadings and discovery requests
Managing case files
Assist with trial preparation
Preparing and filing legal documents on NYSCEF
Must be able to multi-task and have strong verbal skills. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the above responsibilities. Salary would be between 60,000 and 75,000, commensurate with experience.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
