Assist the Administrator in daily facility operations
Learn and support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Participate in staff management, scheduling, training, and performance oversight
Help monitor resident satisfaction and address concerns in a timely, professional manner
Support financial processes such as budgeting, billing, and reporting
