For Little People Child Care Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated GSRP Lead Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. We are a family-owned center that has proudly served the Wixom community for over 20 years and are excited to launch our Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP).
Position Details
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Salary: Starting at $40,000 per year
- Paid holidays and additional benefits available
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field meeting Michigan GSRP requirements
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Complete required assessments and documentation
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Follow all GSRP and licensing requirements
