Titan Property Management is looking for an experienced HVAC leader with the technical knowledge, entrepreneurial drive, and passion for developing people needed to help grow an HVAC company.
Titan provides the foundation: an established property management operation, HVAC Contractor registration, administrative support, a growing property portfolio, and a consistent supply of HVAC work. You bring the leadership, training experience, and business mindset to build a strong team and grow the company.
For the right individual, this position may include the opportunity to become a partial owner specifically in the HVAC company!
What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical and day-to-day operations of the HVAC company
- Train, mentor, and develop technicians at all experience levels
- Provide expert direction on complex residential, multifamily, and commercial HVAC work
- Oversee diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, installations, replacements, estimates, and quality control
- Establish service standards, training resources, preventative maintenance programs, and efficient workflows
- Ensure compliance with HVAC codes, licensing requirements, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards
- Partner with Titan’s leadership team on pricing, budgets, profitability, performance goals, and long-term growth
- Build a culture centered on teamwork, clear communication, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Active Wisconsin HVAC Qualifier certification in good standing
- EPA Section 608 Universal certification
- Residential, multifamily, or commercial HVAC experience
- Advanced diagnostic, service, repair, and installation skills
- A genuine interest in helping people grow
- Strong business judgment, organization, and communication skills
- High standards for safety, workmanship, and customer service
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something long-term
