Job Title: Electrical Panel Assembler II (Full-Time)
Location: Westborough, MA
Pay: $23 -$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

We’re hiring Electrical Panel Assemblers to wire and build control panels, power distribution systems, and sub-assemblies used in cutting-edge machinery. If you enjoy hands-on work, reading schematics, and building high-quality products—this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels and sub-assemblies
- Perform point-to-point wiring using schematics and drawings
- Read and follow blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions
- Install components into enclosures and complete panel builds
- Use hand and power tools (crimpers, wire strippers, torque tools, etc.)
- Work with Engineering and Quality to meet product standards
- Support team builds and help train others as you learn new products
What We’re Looking For:
- Electrical assembly or panel wiring experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience with wiring, terminating, and assembling panels
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team player with a positive attitude
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Technical school training or equivalent experience
- Experience with capital equipment or complex builds
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
