Oversee day-to-day operations of CPAP and BiPAP services
Supervise and support respiratory therapy staff
Ensure efficient workflows, staffing, and patient scheduling
Monitor and improve departmental performance and patient outcomes
Support complex patient cases and provide clinical guidance to staff
Ensure effective follow-up processes, including calls and in-office visits
Promote best practices in respiratory and sleep therapy care
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
Education & Credential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
Master’s degree preferred
Current state licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
