Dental Office Manager
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Looking for an Office Manager who is empathetic, customer service-minded, and organized, to join our team. We are looking for someone who is capable of staffing strategies, problem-solving, communicating with all staff members and patients, and focused on reaching targeted objectives.
You will also be responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's best operational practices and follow the company's vision of providing exceptional patient care.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
· Ensure the delivery of the highest quality customer care and service to patients
· Oversee patient scheduling and front office workflows
· Overseeing all front and back office staff at each location assigned
· Resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standards
· Coach dental team members and focus on patient experience and patient care
· Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries
· Organize and oversee supply purchases, and other operations expenses
· Oversight of all administrative functions including bank deposits, revenue posting, staff scheduling, staff payroll and invoice processing
· Closely track and monitor each dental office's budget and profit
· Run and analyze management reports
· Support marketing and promotion initiatives
· Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the office and maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations including OSHA
· Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to direct reports on all aspects of performance management: hiring, communicating expectations, development, evaluation, and corrective action up to and include termination
Management experience is preferred, Dental experience is strongly recommended
Reports directly to the COO
