Is filing a Labor Condition Application (LCA) seeking employment for one H-1B nonimmigrant as a full-time Gastroenterology Physician offering wages of no less than $600,000.00 per year at:
Charleston Area Medical Center - General Hospital, 501 Morris Street, Charleston, WV 25301 (Kanawha County)
Charleston Area Medical Center - Memorial Hospital, 3200 MacCorkle Avenue, SE, Charleston, WV 25304 (Kanawha County)
CAMC’s Gastroenterology Office, 2930 Chesterfield, Charleston, WV 25304 (Kanawha County)
Charleston Area Medical Center – Women and Children’s Hospital, 800 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302 (Kanawha County)
The period of employment covered by this application will be from July 20, 2026 until July 19, 2029 .
The LCA is available for public inspection at the Employer’s Principal Place of Business.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
