We are looking to hire a Sales/Marketing Representative for a growing home care agency based out of Toledo, Ohio.
Ideal candidate:
- Has existing relationships with service coordinators, especially within Passport, MyCare, and other Medicaid waiver programs.
- Is currently or was recently working at a home care agency or related healthcare service in the Toledo area.
- Has a strong understanding of Medicaid waiver programs, referral pipelines, and how to drive client admissions through professional relationships.
- Can work independently and is results-driven.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and service coordinators.
- Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community programs.
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
This is a high-impact role with opportunity for performance-based bonuses and growth.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach sales or a related field.
- Strong background in sales, particularly in on-the-road sales roles.
