As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Certified Climate Control, helping homeowners with their heating and cooling needs from the very first phone call. You'll answer inbound calls, follow up on customer opportunities, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional service while supporting our dispatch, sales, and service teams.

What You'll Own
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, maintenance opportunities, and unscheduled estimates.
- Schedule service calls, maintenance visits, and sales appointments.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks that support the office and field teams.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, or office coordination.
- HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience is a strong plus.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
