We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated team member to join our Edible Arrangements store. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with food, creating beautiful products, and providing excellent customer service. During the summer months, the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision is essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh fruit according to company standards.
- Cut, wash, and organize fruit for daily production.
- Dip fruit in chocolate and assist with specialty product preparation.
- Create and assemble Edible Arrangements accurately and efficiently.
- Package orders for pickup and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the store.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Process orders and answer customer questions.
- Help manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Work independently to ensure daily production goals are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light lifting.
- Food service, retail, floral, bakery, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
