We are hiring a Fleet Management Specialist to support connected equipment and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions for industrial customers. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that blends technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and relationship management to help clients improve uptime, productivity, and equipment performance.
This is an onsite role based in Overland, MO, with up to 50% travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using fleet management and IIoT solutions
- Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify opportunities to improve utilization, maintenance, and performance
- Provide remote and onsite technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, test, and commission fleet management systems at customer sites
- Train customers on system functionality, reporting tools, and best practices
- Generate reports and present insights on equipment performance, battery health, and maintenance trends
- Recommend data-driven actions to improve uptime, productivity, and equipment lifecycle
- Support predictive maintenance initiatives through data interpretation and reporting
- Conduct product demonstrations and support adoption of connected solutions
- Identify opportunities to expand customer usage, including subscriptions, upgrades, and related services
- Prepare quotes and process orders through CRM/ERP systems
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to share customer feedback and support product improvements
- Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems
- Stay current on IIoT, fleet management, and connected equipment technologies
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, field service, or similar role (preferred)
- Experience with IoT, telematics, fleet management, or industrial equipment (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel up to 50%
