Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to engage potential and existing customers through warm calling techniques, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Negotiate deals effectively, closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities through telemarketing and outbound outreach efforts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in sales technology tools to streamline processes, enhance communication, and improve overall sales performance.

Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) sales environments.
- Strong technical sales background with familiarity in technology products or services, including technology sales or technical sales experience.
- Skilled in negotiation, deal closing, and consultative selling strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Business development experience with a track record of generating leads through warm calling and outbound campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and the adoption of sales technology tools to enhance outreach efforts.
