As Lead Phlebotomy Technician, you will ensure th e I npatient P hlebotomy, Outpatient Lab and the Specimen Processing area maintain a continuous workflow. In this role, you will complete associated duties , such a s drawing blood, transport ing specimens and interpreting physician orders . Despite serving in a leadership role, you will still serve as a team member , showing exceptional customer service to facilitate a positive patient experience . All the while, you will continue developing your clinical skills within an exciting, inviting and supportive healthcare environment.
A caregiver in this position works full-time| 4:00am—12:30pm, weekends if needed, holiday rotation (2/year).
