Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct forklift parts and accessories through expert product knowledge and active listening.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with professionalism.
- Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone or via email, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
- We will provide appropriate training on ELC system and SAP system.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Excellent communication skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, as it helps serve our diverse customer base and provide exceptional customer service..
