Renken Dentistry is growing quickly across Central Texas, and we’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and relationship-driven marketing coordinator to help expand our community presence and strengthen our brand.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk marketing role.
We’re looking for someone who loves building relationships, creating momentum, solving problems, analyzing results, and helping a mission-driven organization grow. The ideal person is energized by both creativity and execution. Someone who can think strategically while also making sure the details get done well.
This position is based out of our Belterra location near Dripping Springs/Southwest Austin and supports growth initiatives across our dental group locations in Georgetown, Leander, and Springfield, IL. This role includes regular travel between our Austin-area offices for community events, team collaboration, marketing initiatives, and practice support.
What You’ll Do
Community & Business Development
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, gyms, organizations, and community leaders
- Coordinate and attend community events, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities
- Help strengthen awareness and reputation of the Renken Dentistry brand throughout the community
- Identify opportunities to grow patient acquisition and retention through partnerships and local engagement
- Represent the organization professionally within the community and across multiple office locations
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Help plan and execute quarterly marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing vendors and advertising partners to improve campaign performance
- Ensure marketing projects move forward with excellent follow-through and accountability
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution across multiple projects
Content & Brand Management
- Assist with creating engaging content for social media, community outreach, patient education, and campaigns
- Help maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and patient experience
- Capture or coordinate content opportunities involving team culture, patient stories, and community involvement
- Ensure all marketing reflects the mission and values of the organization
Analytics & Funnel Optimization
- Monitor marketing performance, lead flow, conversion metrics, and patient acquisition trends
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data
- Help ensure websites, landing pages, forms, tracking systems, and marketing funnels are functioning properly
- Use insights and reporting to help leadership make informed marketing decisions
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership, office teams, and external marketing partners
- Communicate clearly and proactively across departments
- Support a positive, growth-minded culture throughout the organization

Preferred Experience
- Marketing, business development, community outreach, or brand management experience
- Experience coordinating with advertising or digital marketing vendors
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Experience using marketing analytics, CRM systems, or reporting dashboards
- Project management or campaign coordination experience
- Healthcare or dental industry experience is helpful, but not required

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
