We are looking for an experienced and motivated LPN to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

LPN position details:
Our LPN shift schedule is as follows: days (7am - 3pm), evenings (3pm - 11pm), and nights (11pm - 7am).
We are hiring for the following job statuses: Full Time (5 days/week), Regular Part Time (3 days/week), Part Time (2 days/week), and Part Time Every Other Weekend (1 day/week).
Please note that all Full Time positions are eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $15,000.
LPN job duties include:

Review resident care needs and physician’s orders.

Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including quarterly reviews, as they relate to care.

Prepare, administer, and document medications as per procedure.

Assure accuracy of medication and treatment book.

Collect data and report resident concerns for follow-through.

Ensure that all care notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the resident’s response to the care.

Ensure appropriateness and completeness of documentation by CNA staff.

Conduct regular walking rounds of nursing unit.

LPN qualifications:
- Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.

Must be CPR and first aid certified.
