We are seeking a positive, organized, and energetic Customer Happiness Associate to
serve as the key point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will protect and grow
our customer relationships by managing high-volume phone communication
and proactive email follow-ups. Your primary goal is to turn everyday conversations into
long-term, loyal relationships that fuel our community referrals. Please note that this
position requires the completion of mandatory onboarding training, which is fully
compensated and completed during regular daily phone/shift hours.
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
- Phone & Email Communication: Manage the primary communication pipeline
by answering incoming phone calls and executing timely email follow-ups to
ensure clients feel heard and supported.
- Client Relationship Management: Focus heavily on building deep, long-term
relationships with clients through engaging, positive, and helpful everyday
interactions.
- CRM Scheduling & Dispatching: Utilize our CRM system daily to successfully
organize, schedule, and dispatch our irrigation and lighting jobs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our field crews and technicians to ensure
accurate work orders and seamless service.
Pay starts at $20 per hour with a 60-day evaluation for potential pay increase.
Position will begin immediately.
