In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring smooth case management and effective communication with clients, attorneys, and external parties. Your expertise will help streamline legal processes and assist in preparing compelling case documentation. Duties
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases, including case intake, investigation, and documentation review
- Manage case files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Draft and send medical requests, wage information, demand letters,
- Meet with clients to gather pertinent information for case development
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
Requirements
- Proven paralegal experience with a focus on personal injury law or related litigation fields
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and collaborating with team members
- Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, transcription, and maintaining client records
Preferred qualifications
- 3-5 years of law firm experience
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university
