Spanish-Speaking Class B CDL Driver

A well-established food distribution company is seeking a reliable and experienced Class B CDL Driver who is fluent in Spanish to join its team. This position involves local and regional deliveries with early morning start times. If you are safety-focused, dependable, and enjoy being on the road, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule
- Full-time (40+ hours per week)
- Start times between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM, depending on route assignments
- Typical shifts of 10–12 hours
- Local and regional routes
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle.
- Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule.
- Perform pre trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload products as required.
- Collect customer payments and accurately handle cash transactions.
- Manage delivery invoices and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
- Report shortages, discrepancies, or delivery issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Work closely with the Sales, Transportation, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (required) and English proficiency is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Class B CDL driving experience.
- Valid Class B CDL with no restrictions.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Clean driving record: No DUI/DWI or major violations within the past 3 years; no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents combined within the past 3 years and no speeding tickets within the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
