Our multi-location Oral Surgery practice provides a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal, to corrective jaw surgery and facial trauma. We are looking for someone to work out of our Mequon office, but who will occasionally provide coverage at some of our other offices: Mayfair, Menomonee Falls, Brookfield, Port Washington, and/or Glendale.
Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Schedule patient appointments
- Data entry of patient information
- Scanning patient information
- Confirm patient appointments
- Calling referring dental offices
- Collect payment for services
- Prepare new electronic patient charts
- Communicate with billing department
- Open and close the office
- Mail Sorting
- Light housekeeping
- Travel to different locations based on needs

Our office is searching for a full time receptionist to work 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary with an excellent bonus package including medical, dental, vision insurance as well as a 401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor contributions and annual profit sharing.
