Overview
TD Properties, LLC is a growing commercial real estate investment company that owns and manages retail, office, and industrial properties throughout the Northwest. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our expanding portfolio.
This position will work directly with the owner and play an important role in property operations, tenant relations, acquisitions, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, enjoys organizing information, and is interested in commercial real estate. Previous commercial real estate experience is helpful but not required—we value a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Duties
- Organize and maintain digital lease files, property records, and due diligence documents.
- Maintain rent rolls, lease expiration schedules, and tenant contact information.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding maintenance requests and general inquiries.
- Schedule and communicate with vendors, contractors, inspectors, and service providers.
- Assist with due diligence for property acquisitions, including collecting and organizing documents.
- Track insurance certificates, permits, service contracts, and important deadlines.
- Prepare and organize documents for lenders, attorneys, accountants, and insurance providers.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Draft professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the owner.
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with marketing available commercial spaces and responding to leasing inquiries.
- Help implement and improve administrative systems and office procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Experience with commercial real estate, property management, bookkeeping, or real estate transactions is a plus but not required.

- Part-time (approximately 10–15 hours per week)
