Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be skilled in various nursing practices. This role is essential in providing high-quality medical care, ensuring patient safety, and promoting health education within our facility.
Duties
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health and needs.
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in hospital medicine to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation and billing processes.
- Perform airway management procedures when necessary to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain proficiency in electronic health record systems, specifically Epic, for efficient patient management.
Experience
Candidates should possess a valid Registered Nurse license with relevant clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Familiarity with the following skills is preferred: diagnostic evaluation, patient care, hospital medicine, ICD-9 coding, airway management, Epic electronic health records. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential for success in this role.
