We are seeking an experienced and motivated Septic Tank & Drain Field Installer to join our team. This position primarily involves septic tank and drain field installations, excavating support, and site work, with occasional septic tank pump-outs as needed.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions. A clean driving record and Class A CDL are required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Install septic tanks and drain field systems according to local codes and company standards
- Operate heavy equipment and assist with excavation work
- Perform grading, pipe installation, and site preparation
- Conduct occasional septic tank pump-outs and wastewater hauling
- Safely operate CDL vehicles and equipment
- Complete job documentation and inspections accurately
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks
- Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Clean driving record required
- Experience in septic installation, excavation, underground utilities, or related construction preferred
- Ability to operate or learn heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening if required
