Duties
- Diagnose and repair appliance issues, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment.
- Install new appliances and mechanical systems following safety protocols and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct troubleshooting using schematics and technical diagrams to identify faults quickly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate with team members to lead small maintenance projects or assist with construction-related tasks when required.
- Prepare units for move in ranging from minor repairs to remodels
- Plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus
Requirements
- HVAC Certified
- Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology for effective troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with , air conditioning units.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations.
- Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely; construction experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members or clients.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Plumbing and electrical experience a plus
