Duties
- Assist in creating compelling digital content for websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and advertising platforms.
- Support website management tasks using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Help optimize landing pages and digital assets for conversion through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Collaborate on social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, including social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze web analytics reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads (AdWords), SEM strategies, and marketing automation tools.
- Support the design of graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for various digital channels.
- Contribute to email marketing initiatives by creating engaging copy and managing campaign setups.
- Participate in website performance marketing efforts by implementing technical updates with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques for content optimization.
- Familiarity with website management systems such as WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Experience with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar web analytics reporting tools.
- Enthusiasm for social media management and digital marketing strategies including paid search marketing (SEM) and social media advertising campaigns.
- Technical proficiency in website management tools such as Google Tag Manager; familiarity with marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in digital marketing technology.
