Position: Permitting/Admin Trainee (Roofing)

Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing and submitting roofing and construction permits

Communicate with city and county permitting offices as needed

Track permit statuses, approvals, and project timelines

Coordinate with project managers, crews, and homeowners

Maintain organized project files and documentation

Support general administrative and scheduling tasks

Previous administrative or office experience preferred
