Steep Ravine Brewing’s Taproom and Taco Bar in Highland Park is hiring for experienced Servers and bartenders. We are a community-driven brewpub located just steps from the Ravinia stop on the Metra line, and have been voted Best Beer Garden in the North Shore. In addition to great beer brewed in house, our kitchen features favorite pub dishes and Mexican street food. Come join our team!
Requirements
- 2 years’ serving experience
- Basic knowledge of beer styles, especially craft beer
- Trained in responsible food & alcohol service (BASSET & Servsafe required)
- Maintain clean dining areas at all times
- Superior service standards and a positive attitude
- The ability to turn a guest into a regular through personalized interaction
- Organized cash handling
Preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of craft beer styles and the brewing process
