Position Overview
- Start Date: Immediate
- Compensation: $33/hour
- Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
- Typical Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
- School Year: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Summer: 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Locations: Multiple elementary and middle school sites throughout Richmond, San Pablo, El Sobrante, and Oakland

What You'll Do
As a Site Coordinator, you're the heartbeat of your school site—setting the standard for your team, keeping operations steady, and ensuring every student walks into a safe, welcoming, high-quality program. Here's what the role looks like:
- Managing and motivating a team of program staff day in and day out
- Developing your people through consistent coaching and meaningful feedback
- Overseeing daily operations and holding strong, reliable routines
- Cultivating trusted relationships with school partners, families, and community stakeholders
- Evaluating program quality through regular observations and assessments
- Stewarding your site budget and program resources wisely
- Gathering and reviewing attendance and program data to spot trends
- Welcoming and training new staff so they hit the ground running
- Bringing youth development and expanded learning best practices to life
- Stepping up for special projects and program initiatives when the moment calls
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in youth development
- At least 1 year of experience in staff or program management
- 48 college units or a passing score on the Instructional Aide Exam
- Ability to travel to sites and meetings (reliable transportation)
- Ability to clear DOJ/FBI background checks
- CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention certification within 30 days (provided)

- Sufficient strength, agility and mobility to perform essential functions of position and to supervise program activities
- Must occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
- Frequent bending & standing
- Able to walk for long periods of time
- Visual ability to clearly monitor activities in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Mobility to quickly respond to emergencies
