Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Carpenter/Painter/Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks across various projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry duties including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and drywall repair using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct painting tasks such as surface preparation, priming, finishing coats, and touch-ups with precision and attention to detail.
- Execute general handyman responsibilities like fixture installation, caulking, plastering, stucco application, and restoration work.
- Assist with roofing, concrete forming, masonry, concrete finishing, and hardscape projects to support larger construction efforts.
- Maintain safety standards by inspecting work sites regularly and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards and client specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction trades including carpentry, painting, or handyman services.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding
- Experience with diverse construction tasks such as roofing, flooring installation (tile or hardwood), fixture mounting, and masonry work.
- Ability to perform detailed work with precision in a physically demanding environment; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials.
- Nice-to-have skills include experience with electrical or plumbing background for troubleshooting tasks, and familiarity with restoration or renovation projects.
