Applicant must be willing to help cover shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call ins, although applicants own needs will be factored into scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support residents in a safe, respectful environment.
- Enforce program policies and maintain appropriate boundaries.
- Assist residents with daily living skills and program activities.
- Complete required documents and incident reports.
- Perform routine safety checks of the facility.
- Communicate effectively with staff and leadership.
