Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise underground plumbing repair crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to code standards
- Operate and oversee heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and repairs
- Utilize specialized tools such as pipe lasers for precise pipe alignment and installation
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed; conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, equipment usage, and safety inspections
Experience
- Proven experience in construction site operations with a focus on underground plumbing repair or related fields such as oil & gas or utility installation
- Hands-on experience operating heavy machinery including excavators, skid steers, and loaders.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, details, and site plans.
- Knowledge of utility locating methods to identify underground utilities before excavation
- Familiarity with plumbing systems installation and repair procedures within construction or industrial settings
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
