This position requires versatility and adaptability. It is expected for this role to be able to think and act quickly on their feet, multi-task and high-degree of prioritization and time management. Team members will learn and lead every aspect that fast casual restaurant operations entail. Tasks will comprise of:

Creating custom poke bowls and pokerritos and serving customers with the utmost service
- Daily food prep to ensure the freshest ingredients

Operating the POS & third-party tablets

High attention to cleanliness through maintaining a pristine kitchen, service line, and lobby

Dish washing, stocking, receiving inventory, lifting items up to 50lbs, etc.

Performing training and overseeing Trainees/Associates.
- Oversee daily workflow, responsible for leading and performing opening, mid-day and closing responsibilities for both FOH and BOH.
Prior experience in food/QSR expected; employee will be thoroughly trained in each area.
Opportunities for an increased role from Sr. Associate to Shift Leads or Managers, will be available to those who take ownership of their position, and show the desire and ability to take on a leadership role.

We understand the rigors of balancing work with school or other activities. With that, we always try to be flexible and understanding of employee availability and scheduling. We work with employees' schedules to ensure the best fit for both employees and Oke Poke.
There is no experience required. New hires will undergo a training period in which they will learn everything necessary in ensuring employee success.

Oke Poke derives similar characteristics from traditional poke but adds a modern touch. We specialize in custom \build-your-own\ poke bowls and pokerritos. Using only the freshest and ethically sourced produce and fish, paired with a wide selection of our house made sauces, you are sure to find a flavor that suits your palate.
