Position Summary
This position may start as a day shift operator for approximately 6 months to 1 year, with the opportunity to transition into a night shift supervisor role based on performance and operational needs.
Qualifications
Ability and willingness to start as a day shift operator and potentially move into a night shift supervisor role after gaining experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and follow production procedures
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Support production team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist supervisors with basic production coordination when needed
Work Environment

- Day shift with potential transition to a night shift role
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
